Villa Livia

Villa Livia is a villa with swimming pool in Fontane Bianche, entirely renovated in 2020 and organised to accommodate up to 9 persons.
The 200 m² villa is built on two floors. On the main level there is a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The internal stairs lead to the upper floor, which has two bedrooms, a bathroom with chromotherapy and a terrace overlooking the pool and the sea.
Outside Villa Livia, there is a garden with a 5x10-metre swimming pool, a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, a bathroom and a parking area.
This villa is the ideal retreat for taking a break, but you can easily reach some well-known localities in the area by car: Avola 10 km away, Siracusa 15 km away, Noto 25 km away. The nearest sandy beach is Fontane Bianche, 1 km away, and the Fontane Bianche cliffs are 300 metres away. For those travelling to Sicily by plane, the nearest airport is Catania, 74 km away.
