The Caiammari Boutique Hotel & SPA is located in the heart of the noble residence, whose antique splendour has been brought back to life by skilful restoration. The hotel is divided into a variety of buildings, reflecting the original layout, each of which has its own courtyard. Artisan furniture, hand-painted tapestries and unique objects add an air of elegance to the interiors, conjuring up a welcoming, sophisticated atmosphere that mirrors the warm family hospitality provided.

The hotel provides guests with all the services they will need for a relaxing holiday: spacious relaxation areas, two pools of different depths featuring a jacuzzi and sunbathing area, a Pool & Lounge Bar, Wellness Area with a gym complete with TechnoGym equipment and the exclusive Pink Flamingo Spa.

Rooms

The Caiammari Boutique Hotel & SPA has seventeen comfortable and elegant rooms, decorated with beautiful hand-painted tapestries created by Not’Art and unique pieces by local craftsmen. The bathrooms feature the characteristic bright colours of Sicilian majolica tiles.

Some of the rooms have a patio opening onto the courtyard or a small private terrace overlooking the botanical garden. The Deluxe, Family Room and Suites have high ceilings and a mezzanine floor. Comfortable sofa beds mean that the suites can accommodate up to 3 or 4 guests.

Wellness Centre

With the intention of providing guests with a sense of total relaxation, the hotel offers them the irresistible luxury of the Pink Flamingo Spa, including the Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, icefall, sensory shower, indoor heat-regulated whirlpool bath and outdoor heated jacuzzi. 

Treatments and wellness centre and aesthetic packages, provided by the highly professional and qualified staff, are available on request.

Restaurant

The Hibiscus restaurant, where guests can savour the authentic flavours of Sicilian cuisine, completes your experience of the Caiammari Boutique Hotel. With a careful balance between tradition and modern trends, the chef proposes a Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, serving up the best local seasonal products, together with the Slow Food Foundation. The dishes are accompanied by a carefully curated selection of local wines.

The restaurant, which is open from breakfast to dinner, can seat up to 40 guests in the elegant internal dining room and the areas outside, in the shade of the olive trees or on the poolside. 

The hearty buffet breakfast offers a wide selection of croissants and home-made cakes, fresh fruit, cured meats and cheeses, cereal, milk, herbal tea, fruit juice and organic honey.

The restaurant can also cater for specific dietary requirements, whether due to food intolerance or a question of preference.

Services & activities

The price of your stay includes the buffet breakfast, parking and the use of the pools and poolside amenities (towel, sun bed and sunshade).

Free Wi-Fi connection is available in both the rooms and communal areas. 

The hotel provides guests with a free shuttle service to the surrounding seaside areas.

The treatments and packages offered by the wellness centre entail a supplementary charge. 

Room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner can be requested during the restaurant opening hours.

There is also a boutique inside the hotel offering exclusive products by Opifex and Not’Art; elegant designer items which conjure up the atmosphere of a bygone artisan workshop.

The reception is open 24h. Check-in is available from 2pm and check-out up until 11 am. Late check-out is possible, depending on availability, at extra charge.

Small and medium-size animals are permitted to stay free in rooms with a terrace provided a request is made when booking.
