Villa Liscia Ruja is located within the Borgo Smeraldo Resort, on a promontory of the Emerald Coast. Privacy is its hallmark, it is the most secluded of the Borgo and enjoys spectacular views of Capo Figari and the island of Tavolara.

The villa consists of two bodies, built in the unique style of the Costa Smeralda, with white walls and exposed stone, local granite finishes. The living area of the main body opens towards the garden with a large terrace, covered with chestnut beams and exposed stonework, furnished with a large dining table on a light terracotta floor. In front of the terrace one can relax by the edge of a large heated swimming pool, in a large solarium area with wooden planked floor, furnished with chaise longue and a small sitting area with wooden table. 

The living area in the main building consists of a large lounge and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. The ambience envelops guests in a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere created by the warm wood tones of the exposed roof, the light terracotta floors and the neutral, sand-coloured tones of the unique furnishings and artwork.

The sleeping area consists of two suites and a junior suite, all with their own private entrance. The double suites are spacious and bright, arranged on two levels, with light-coloured terracotta and Orosei marble floors, contemporary design furniture and unique, elegant accessories and artwork. The suites have a large double walk-in wardrobe, Orosei marble bathrooms, walk-in showers, large vanity areas and a Jacuzzi.

The junior suites have a warm and cosy atmosphere with light terracotta floors and natural wood furnishings. They have a single wardrobe and a comfortable bathroom in Orosei marble with shower cabin and hydromassage bathtub.

Villa Liscia Ruja is perfectly set in the breathtaking landscape of the Costa Smeralda, dominated by the view of the rocky coastline dotted with coves with fine sand and emerald sea. The nearby beach of Liscia Ruja is one of the most enchanting on the coast and not far away are Cala di Volpe with its natural harbour and beautiful beach, Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo, all destinations for exclusive and luxury tourism. Olbia airport is about 20 km away.
