The villa is built in the typical local style of rural houses, with a single floor with white walls and exposed stonework and a large covered terrace with chestnut beams and a sitting and dining area. The large private heated swimming pool is in an area of the garden that enjoys absolute privacy and overlooks the sea offering wonderful sunsets. The poolside is in terracotta and wooden planks, furnished with comfortable and light chaise longues.  

The living area is large and very bright, with light terracotta floors, natural wood openings and a roof with chestnut wood beams and exposed beams. The green of the sofas, the grey of the furniture in modern and essential style, combined with the warm colour of the wood and terracotta make the atmosphere comfortable and refined. Adjoining the living room is a comfortable kitchen equipped with all appliances and a service bathroom. 

The sleeping area of the villa is composed of an internal double suite with independent entrance, communicating with the living area and two external junior suites with independent entrance. The spacious and elegant double bedroom suite is on two levels with natural wood windows and doors opening onto the landscape. Intense colours of green, pink and gold reign supreme. The bed, with its olive green cotton backboard, dominates the room with its light terracotta floor and exposed wood panelling. Behind the bed, Orosei marble covers a comfortable hydro-massage bath and the floor of a comfortable and elegant bathroom area with a large marble top with a double washbasin, a shower cubicle and separate French-style toilets. The suite has a large walk-in wardrobe. The two junior suites are comfortable and bright, with terracotta floors, two walk-in wardrobes and two bathrooms in Orosei marble with Jacuzzi. 

Villa Ginepro is perfectly set in the breathtaking landscape of the Costa Smeralda, dominated by the view of the rocky coastline dotted with coves with fine sand and emerald sea. The nearby beach of Liscia Ruja is one of the most enchanting on the coast and not far away are Cala di Volpe with its natural harbour and beautiful beach, Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo, all destinations for exclusive and luxury tourism. Olbia airport is about 20 km away.
