Villa Bellavista - Villasimius

In the beautiful south-eastern coast of Sardinia, in a dominant position overlooking the sea, Villa Bellavista is located about 15 km from the village of Villasimius and the sea, and has a private entrance.

Villa Bellavista is on two levels, for a total of about 220 m2. The ground floor houses a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area overlooking a furnished porch, ideal for outdoor dining, a bathroom with shower and a laundry area.

The upper floor houses the sleeping area: 4 double bedrooms, three of which open onto a terrace overlooking the property and the swimming pool, and two bathrooms with shower.

The villa features air conditioning and heating.

The outdoor area is dominated by a panoramic swimming pool, a solarium and a barbecue.

Important: Once in Villasimius, to reach the villa you have to drive about 4.5 km of dirt road. The use of the car is necessary; we recommend a car with a high ground clearance.

Recommended beaches: Porto Sa Ruxi, Campus, Campulongu, Porto Giunco, Punta Molentis, Simius, Spiaggia del Riso, Spiaggia di Timi Ama.

Tourist tax, which is excluded from the total amount of the stay, is applied under the terms of municipal regulations where applicable. The Municipality of Villasimius requires the payment of a tourist tax to be paid on site, from 1 March to 31 October, amounting to € 1.00 (One/00) per person per night, for all overnight stays (excluding children under 10 years of age) and must be paid in cash during check-in.

If the kitchen/kitchenette and/or dishes are not cleaned, € 40.00 will be deducted from the deposit as a penalty.

Service Fees (compulsory supplement) - € 400,00
- Linen hire for rooms and bathrooms
- Beach towels for the beach (beach service not included)
- Final cleaning (obligatory) of the house

Extra cleaning (optional, upon customer request) - € 250,00

Tidying up is not included in the cost of your stay. Waste disposal has to be managed by the guests.
In the event of failure to dispose of waste, € 100.00 will be deducted from the deposit as a penalty.

There is a refundable security deposit of € 800.00 to be paid by credit card upon check in, which will be returned on departure subject to any damage to the property.

Small pets allowed on request, with a supplement.

Check-in: 16:00 - 21:00. Check-out: 10:00 a.m. 

Please note: Check-in directly in Villa to be agreed at least 72 hours prior arrival. 

At your arrival you will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement.
