Location
The Falkensteiner Capo Boi Resort is located a few kilometres from the lively town of Villasimius, and is surrounded by the breath-taking beaches of one of Sardinia’s most popular coasts. The resort’s privileged location, at the heart of a private bay, offers guests spectacular views of the marine protected area of Capo Carbonara.
The Capo Boi Resort is approx. 56 km from Cagliari-Elmas Airport.
Hotel
Enveloped in a luxuriant garden, Falkensteiner Resort Capo Boi is a welcoming Mediterranean oasis nestled between the granite rocks of the countryside and the crystal-clear waters of Villasimius.
The Arabian-inspired lines that define the structure are elegantly echoed in the interiors, characterized by a fresh style and the refinement of furnishings and fabrics.
The Falkensteiner Capo Boi Resort has 122 rooms and suites spread between the main building, the “Garden” annex and the villas.
The jewel in the resort’s crown is its beautiful infinity relaxation pool located just a stone’s throw from the private beach with spectacular views over the sea opposite.
Rooms
The room surfaces are between 35 and 90 sq.m. and all offer a fresh style. All accommodations are equipped with Wi-Fi, independent air conditioning, satellite LCD TV, and feature a terrace, a balcony, or a private garden.
The resort offers specially-adapted rooms for guests with limited mobility.
Beach
The beautiful private beach of fine white sand overlooked by the resort can be reached by walking through the resort garden. The beach has a shallow, sandy seabed, making it ideal for children to swim in. The beach is framed on both sides by promontories covered with vegetation.
The use of parasols and sun loungers is included in the room rate, except for the first beach row, which is chargeable and can be booked directly on site.
The Falkensteiner Capo Boi Resort provides guests with a kit, available for use free-of-charge for guests’ entire stay: bag with bathrobe, towels and slippers.
Wellness Centre
The Falkensteiner Resort Capo Boi offers guests the spacious relaxation areas and quality of the Acquapura SPA wellness centre: Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation areas, treatment rooms and a partially indoor swimming pool.

At guests' disposal: 2 tennis courts, a fitness room, a centre for water sports, diving, snorkelling, also mountain biking, sports animation. Fitness classes, yoga, Pilates, meditation, aqua aerobics are available.

The resort also has a dedicated family pool and a children's buffet.
A ‘Baby-Kit’ for a carefree holiday is available to guests, on request and subject to availability: pram, baby bath tub, changing table, bottle warmer, kettle, nappy container.
Restaurant
With a large terrace, the resort’s restaurant offers buffet dining with half board treatment: a generous breakfast, special themed dinner buffets with show-cooking stations and barbeque evenings.
The restaurant has a separate Falky Area and provides special buffets designed especially for children.
In the evening, an exclusive à la carte menu of Pan-Asian cuisine created by chef Theodor Falser will take centre stage at KENTO Bay Restaurant & Lookout. Sudoki Raw, Bar & More offers delicious drinks and cocktails. La Bottega del Gelato and Artigiani Pizza offer homemade ice cream and the best traditional Italian pizzas.
Services & Activities
The following services are included in the room rate: parking, Wi-Fi connection, and use of the common areas – pools, spa, gym, indoor and outdoor relaxation and recreational/sports areas.
Animation activities and sports for children aged 3 and up. Evening entertainment with live music and themed nights, cooking masterclasses, and open-air cinema.
Laundry services and babysitting services (upon request), beauty treatments, and water sports are all available at an additional fee.

August bank holiday (Ferragosto)
For those staying on the night of 15 August, there will be a surcharge of EUR 170.00 per person from the age of 12. Children aged 3 to 11 years will pay EUR 60.00 per person. Children from 0 to 2 years of age included, will not pay.
Tourist tax – The municipality of Villasimius requires from May to October a charge of €4.00 per person per night (free for children under 10 years of age) to be paid on site.
