Location

Situated right on the sea, in the much-appreciated seaside locality of Marina di Modica, the Modica Beach Resort is the ideal place to spend an unforgettable vacation amidst the Baroque wonders of the Val di Noto and the splendid beaches of south-eastern Sicily.

The Hotel is just 20 km from Modica, 35 km from Ragusa, 38 km from Noto and 70 km from Siracusa.

Hotel
The Modica Beach Resort is a newly-built 4-star hotel, set just a short distance from the seashore of Marina di Modica. The Hotel, a four-floor structure, offers its guests large, comfortable rooms, a fine private beach, a restaurant and bar directly on the shore.

The outdoor pool, with seawater, is equipped with parasols and sun loungers, free of charge subject to availability.

Rooms
In all the Resort has 111 rooms, all set on the various floors of the main building or very close to the beach. They are light-filled and furnished in refined modern style.

All rooms are equipped with independent AC, flat screen TV, minibar, safety-box, complimentary Wi-Fi connection. All rooms have a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, courtesy set. Some rooms have a splendid view over the sea or partially towards the sea. 

Beach
The Hotel’s private beach, with access after a pleasant stroll through the dunes, offers guests beach umbrellas and sun loungers (with payment and according to availability). 

The beach service is active from May to September.

Supplement of € 5 for each additional beach towel.

Wellness Centre 

The wellness centre offers a Turkish bath, sauna, treatment rooms and relaxation area with herbal tea selection. A good choice to let yourself pamper.

Families

Children from 3 to 12 can participate in activities dedicated to their age group, with fun games, workshops and baby dances.

Restaurant
The hotel beach restaurant welcomes guests either in the internal area or on the veranda, according to the weather conditions.

Basic items (bread, pasta, a cake for breakfast) are available for those who are gluten-intolerant, to be reported when booking.
