Restaurant

The restaurant is located inside an exquisitely renovated old oil mill and it serves the best recipes of Sicilian regional cuisine using vegetables and herbs grown directly in the hotel's garden. We are therefore talking about an authentic culinary experience, but revisited in a modern key, as well as organic and km 0 cuisine.
