Villa Zagara in Santa Maria del Focallo is a villa with swimming pool immersed in the Sicilian countryside; a perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and regenerate with a beach holiday in Sicily. The house is on one floor and consists of a fully equipped masonry kitchen, a living room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and two bathrooms with showers (one with hydro-massage). The villa offers a large veranda furnished with table and chairs to enjoy delicious meals and a chat in the open air and a green, fenced-in 1000 m² garden. Here you will find the 8x4 metre swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and three parking spaces.
In the area, easily reachable by car: Ispica and Pozzallo at 12 km, Marzamemi at 21 km, Noto and Modica at 30 km, Scicli at 33 km and Ragusa Ibla at 48 km. For sports lovers: the Donnafugata Golf Resort is 58 km away and the Rifugio Sapienza ski slope is 152 km away. The most convenient airports to reach Villa Zagara are Comiso at 76 km and Catania at 115 km.
