Villa Stefanina

Castiadas, is one of the pearls located at the far end of the southeastern coast of Sardinia. With its 13 km of coastline, surrounded by the Sette Fratelli mountains, it is one of the most renowned for its turquoise sea and fine sandy beaches.

The Villa is located near the famous Cala Sinzias beach, whose golden sand and shallow, crystal-clear waters make it ideal for families, no beach service is included.

This newly built Villa is distributed on three levels and represents the perfect fusion of modernity and functionality.

On the mezzanine floor there is a separate entrance overlooking a bright, furnished living room featuring a small fireplace and an ultramodern kitchenette.

The revisited Sardinian-style rooms are arranged between the mezzanine floor and the basement. On the mezzanine floor are the two double rooms and the single room, with its pull-out bed, which enjoy views overlooking the private garden.

In the basement there are 2 double rooms and No. 1 single room with a pull-out bed, lacking direct light, give onto cavities enriched with sculptures that are about Sardinia.

The villa also has an additional furnished space with a second kitchenette.

Outside, a garden with olive trees and cork oaks surround the villa. The porch equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas provides a wonderful view of the sea

Villa Stefanina is equipped with every comfort The brick BBQ area, outdoor shower, air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi and private parking.

The price includes:

- Use of the kitchen (which must be left clean - utensils for minor daily cleaning are provided). If the kitchen/kitchenette and/or dishes are not cleaned, € 40.00 will be deducted from the deposit as a penalty.

Service fee (compulsory supplement) - € 500.00
- Linen hire for rooms and bathrooms
- Beach towels for the beach (beach service not included)
- Final cleaning (obligatory) of the house

Extra cleaning (optional, upon customer request) - € 350,00

No cleaning is included in the cost of the stay and waste disposal is the responsibility of the guests. In case of failure to dispose of waste, € 100,00 will be deducted from the deposit as a penalty.

There is a refundable security deposit of € 1500,00 to be paid by credit card upon check in, which will be returned on departure unless there is any damage to the property.

The municipality of Castiadas requires the payment of a tourist tax to be paid on site, for all stays from 01 June to 30 September, amounting to € 1/person/night to be paid in cash (children under 10 years old are excluded).

Small pets (under 10kg) are allowed in this property, with the exception of dangerous animals.

Check-in from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. - Check-out by 10 a.m.
