Villa Monamu is a stunning villa with a pool located in the heart of Puglia, in Ruffano, perfect for a holiday in Salento. The spaces are divided into two separate units on the ground floor: the main house and a guest annex. In total, there are five bedrooms and six bathrooms.

The large living room with a dining area, the fully equipped kitchen, and the expansive garden complete this property. Outside, the villa offers a patio, a covered veranda, and a 15x4 meter pool with a cover.

The villa is 7 minutes from Ruffano and 9 minutes from Specchia. In about half an hour, you can reach Santa Maria di Leuca and the beaches of Marina di Pescoluse, known as the Maldives of Salento.

Villa Monamu has been carefully constructed to maintain the traditional Puglian architecture and blend harmoniously with the surrounding landscape. It is spread over a single level and boasts typical vaulted ceilings and a modern fireplace. The main house includes a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and double sinks, while the second bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

The guest annex offers three additional bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, arranged around a central courtyard. Each bedroom has direct access to the garden. Two of the bedrooms can be connected via internal doors, making them ideal for families with children.

The lawn surrounds the pool, which is equipped with a solarium area and several spots for relaxing or dine outdoors. A large plot with olive and citrus trees completes the outdoor environment, creating a peaceful oasis.
