Built on the site of an old olive press, hence the name, the villa is in a strategic position, just 3 km from the beach and 13 km from Ostuni.

The proximity of the coast means you can enjoy a stunning view of the sea from the terrace upstairs.

The ground floor of Villa Il Frantoio has a living and dining area, plus a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.

There are three bedrooms with a private bathroom on the same floor, plus a massage room and additional bathroom.

An external staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a fourth bedroom with an en suite bathroom and two terraces with stunning views. All the bathrooms in the villa have showers.

The olive press is situated on the lower ground floor, at the heart of the villa, and is the ideal setting for organising oil and wine tasting sessions.

The rooms in Villa Il Frantoio are air-conditioned and can be heated (on request and payment); all the rooms have direct access to the outside. The doors and windows are fitted with mosquito screens and heavy-duty steel bars.

There are rare examples of thousand-year-old olive trees in the splendid external garden. The property also features a swimming pool (15mx15m) which can be heated on request at an additional cost.

Surfing lessons, water skiing, boat trips, tennis and horse riding are available in the vicinity.
