Bordered by the typical dry-stone walls of the area, the property is easily identifiable and accessible; it also has an internal parking area with a charging point for electric cars.

Spread over two floors, Villa Ddo Relais di Puglia has 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, for a maximum of 6 guests. Access to the villa is through the garden, which features a manicured lawn, a furnished patio and a swimming pool (4x10x1.5m) with solarium area.
The main door leads into the spacious and bright living room with living area, dining table and kitchen. On the right side is the first bedroom with full bathroom and on the left side of the living room are the other two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The villa is furnished in a modern style, alternating lime, dark marble, wood and touches of colour, creating contrasts that recall the surrounding countryside.
There is also a laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, sink and iron, on the lower floor.
A short distance away is an annexe with a mini spa for guests' use, equipped with a sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation area and massage area (the latter for a fee).

A 24-hour housekeeping service is available and cleaning twice a week is included in the price.
