Villa Chiarenza

Villa Chiarenza overlooks the bay of Tuerredda, one of the most beautiful in Sardinia. 

The location is unique, surrounded by a private park of 10,000 sq.m. of perfumed Mediterranean scrub. From the house, which is 50 meters from the sea, you have direct access to wonderful rocky coves that create an enchanting natural pool with deep turquoise water. A panoramic 5-minute walk will take you to the breathtakingly crystal-clear water of the beach of Tuerredda. 

From the large terraces and pergola that surround the house, you can enjoy enchanting, sweeping views. The villa overlooks the entire bay, from Tuerredda to Capo Malfatano.  
The entire outdoor area is equipped with deckchairs and table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is a barbecue corner with a wood-burning oven and an outdoor shower, hidden by mastic trees. 

The house is on one floor, three steps separate the living area from the sleeping area. 
Daylight reaches the living area through a spectacular picture window opening onto the pergola with sea view. The kitchen, which has a dedicated space within the living area, is equipped with all appliances such as refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, kettle, espresso machine, microwave and all the necessary crockery and accessories. 
The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. A baby cot is available on request. Pets are allowed on request. All rooms are air-conditioned. 

In the surroundings you can find many points of interest for lovers of nature, trekking, wildlife and archaeology. Chia with its orchards and its beautiful beaches, the Porticciolo, Sa Colonia, Cala del Morto, Porto Campana, the sand dunes of Su Giudeu and the famous Cala Cipolla. The lagoon and the archaeological excavations of Nora, the forest of Is Cannoneris, the small town of Teulada and its pristine coast with the beaches of Porto Tramatzu, Campionna, Piscinnì with its ancient tower.

The entire property is available to guests during their stay. We kindly ask you to communicate in advance the presence of children so that we can arrange everything for their stay. 

We will ask you to provide your personal details and to sign a tourist lease contract as required by the law.  

Cleaning fee: 250 euros per stay
