Location

Just 800 meters from the center of Cervinia, the Valtur Cervinia Cristallo Ski Resort 5* enjoys a privileged location with direct access to the Matterhorn Ski Paradise, one of the largest and most spectacular ski areas in the Alps, offering 350 km of slopes connecting Italy and Switzerland. The new Matterhorn Glacier Ride, inaugurated in 2023, allows guests to reach Zermatt in just 4 minutes, offering unmatched views of the snow-covered peaks. Guests can also take advantage of a convenient conveyor belt that connects the resort directly to piste n°16 (red run), ideal for a “ski-in, ski-out” return.

Hotel

The Valtur Cervinia Cristallo Ski Resort 5*, newly renovated and modernized, consists of a central building and two annexes (Cristallino 1 and 2), internally connected to provide easy access to rooms and main facilities. The interiors feature high-quality materials, integrated smart technology, and meticulous design in every detail. Among the common amenities, there are two swimming pools (one for children), a spa, a spacious Technogym fitness center, and the Cervino Terrace for relaxing moments in the sun or under the stars.

Rooms

The Valtur Cervinia Cristallo Ski Resort 5* offers 211 newly renovated rooms and suites, ideal for all needs. They are divided into different categories and furnished in a contemporary, elegant style. Each room includes air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, minibar (stocked daily), IPTV (except in Classic rooms), safe, tea/coffee corner (except Classic), eco-friendly courtesy set, and evening turndown service.

- Classic Room: With a double bed or two twin beds, located in Cristallino 1 and 2; some rooms have a third bed.
- Comfort Room: Available with a double bed or two twin beds.
- Deluxe Room: With a double bed or two twin beds, some with a sofa bed, accommodating up to three guests.
- Family Classic / Family Comfort: Family solutions located in Cristallino dependences, consisting of a double room connected to a twin room with a bathroom, ideal for 4 people.
- Family Deluxe: A more spacious solution for larger families, with two connecting rooms—one with a double bed and one with two or three twin beds and two bathrooms.

The "Miele" Spa is a 1500 sqm wellness area, perfect for relaxation. It offers a hydrotherapy pool, sauna, bio-sauna, Turkish bath, sensory showers, tepidarium, and a relaxation area with herbal teas and wellness drinks. Guests can also enjoy beauty treatments and massages by reservation, while the Technogym is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and personal trainers are available upon request.

Sport

The Ski Room, designed by Rossignol, is the perfect starting point for an optimal mountain experience. Equipped with heated lockers and an advanced ski rental system, it offers an exceptional experience, featuring an innovative foot scanner to ensure the ideal fit for skiers of all levels.

In collaboration with the renowned Cervino Ski School, the resort offers ski and snowboard courses for all levels, along with exclusive access to 350 km of slopes, including some of the most spectacular runs in the Matterhorn Ski Paradise.

Off the slopes, the day continues with top-level sports activities: a modern Technogym gym, Pilates classes, hydrobike, AquaGym, and an ice-skating rink. As night falls, guests can immerse themselves in a vibrant atmosphere with daily events and evening entertainment featuring dinner shows and DJ sets, delivering moments of pure fun and charm.

Families

Valturland is a safe and fun space, open every day from 8:30 am to 11:00 pm, welcoming children and teens with activities designed to entertain and spark their creativity. The program is divided by age group, with specialized staff and tailored activities.

- Kids Club (3-7 years): Creative workshops, group games, and outdoor activities, ideal for socialization and fun.
- Mini Club (7-11 years): Sports and team games, encouraging interaction and participation.
- Young Club (11-14 years): Sports, outdoor activities, and entertainment tailored for older kids.

Lunch with the Staff
For families seeking a complete service, a lunch with the Valturland staff can be booked for children, allowing parents some extra relaxation time. Lunch includes drinks and costs €25 per child, bookable at reception.

Gaming Room
The Gaming Room provides a high-tech environment for children and teens, equipped with the latest consoles like PlayStation 5 and Xbox, as well as a Ferrari simulator. It’s the perfect spot for relaxation and fun under adult supervision; children under 12 require an adult’s presence. Opening hours: 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm – 11:00 pm.

Snow Activities
In addition to classic skiing lessons, the resort offers dedicated packages for group skiing lessons starting at age 5 and private lessons from age 4, in collaboration with the renowned Cervino Ski School. Equipment rental is also available for children of all ages, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the day.

Ice Skating
The resort offers an ice skating rink accessible to the whole family, with equipment rental available on-site. A perfect experience for joyful moments and fun, even for the youngest.

Pools and Spa
The "Miele" wellness center includes a children’s pool (40 sqm) and a main pool (220 sqm) equipped with hydromassage and hydrobikes. Herbal teas, juices, and snacks are also available for family relaxation.

Healthy Corner
For young guests and their families who follow a healthy lifestyle, the restaurant offers a “Healthy Corner” at breakfast with specific products such as soy milk, organic jams, whole grain cereals, and much more. A selection of food for children with dietary restrictions (gluten/lactose) is also available upon request at booking.

Evening Entertainment and Dinner Show

Restaurant

The Gargantua Restaurant, the gastronomic heart of the resort, welcomes guests with a rich and varied buffet for both breakfast and dinner, featuring dishes from Mediterranean and international traditions. For a gourmet experience, the Gou Restaurant overlooks Mount Cervino and offers refined cuisine that highlights local excellence; it is open for dinner by reservation to make every meal a unique occasion. The Bolla Lounge Bar & Bistro is the perfect setting for a delicious lunch or aperitif, with a sophisticated cocktail menu and an exclusive selection of wines and sparkling options.

The resort offers two meal plans: Bed & Breakfast, including a buffet breakfast at Gargantua, and Half Board, which includes breakfast and a buffet dinner (beverages excluded). Guests staying in suites also have the option to dine at Gou, where a refined 3-course menu awaits them.

Afternoon snack: delightful sweet and savory treats included in both meal plans, for a delicious and refreshing break (beverages excluded).

The resort also provides a complimentary shuttle service at scheduled times, connecting the hotel with the village center and ski lifts, ensuring easy mobility even without a car. The Experience Desk and Lifestyle Assistant are available for organizing excursions with alpine guides, heliskiing, panoramic helicopter flights, and reservations for lunches at mountain lodges.

Events and Meetings are supported with 2 rooms, one seating 30 people and the other 120.

Two convenient charging stations for electric vehicles are available for guests, with free service for Porsche owners.

Pets Allowed
Four-legged friends are warmly welcomed at the Valtur Cervinia Cristallo Ski Resort. Small dogs (up to 10 kg) are allowed upon request and subject to availability. To ensure maximum comfort for your loyal companion, a soft cushion/bed, two bowls, a toy, and waste bags are provided. Please remember to submit a copy of your pet’s health certificate at the time of booking. €30 per day + €50 final cleaning fee to be paid at the agency.
