Residence Ea Bianca

Residence Ea Bianca is located 2.8 km from Baja Sardinia and 1300 from the sea (Cala dei Ginepri). Recently built, it is surrounded by green Mediterranean vegetation and offers splendid views of the bay of Cannigione. Porto Cervo, the heart of worldly life on the Costa Smeralda, is easy to reach (it is only 7 km away) while Olbia airport is 35 km away. The use of a car is recommended.

The Residence consists of three units on different levels, which match the composition of the grounds. The flats are spacious, comfortably furnished, have air conditioning and are divided into different types:

- B4 Apartment with one bedroom (50 sqm)
- T6 Apartment with two bedrooms (65/70 sqm), some with two bathrooms
- T6 Sea View Apartment with two bedrooms and sea view (65/70 sqm)
- T6 Sea View Apartment with three bedrooms (75/85 sqm)

Reception follows the following hours: 09AM-1PM/5PM-8PM (arrivals after 8PM must be agreed in advance - in case of late arrival, not previously communicated, a penalty of euro 50,00 will be charged). Check-out is at 10AM.

The rate includes: one beach umbrella per flat for the entire stay, use of the equipped swimming pool subject to availability, Wi-Fi connection in the reception and pool area, unattended parking.

Pets allowed on request, maximum 25 kg. The additional cost is euro 50,00 for final cleaning. They may not circulate in the common areas.

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID ON SITE: 

- Forfait Services: from 14.06.2023 to 12.09.2023 euro 10,00 per day for adults, euro 5,00 for children 3-11 years, free for children 0-2 years. Prices include electricity, water, gas, 1 supply of bed linen and bathroom towels per week.
- Final Cleaning: per apartment, euro 80,00 in 1-Bedroom Apartment, euro 90,00 in 2-Bedroom Apartment, 3-Bedroom Apartment euro 100,00 (kitchenette excluded, otherwise additional charge euro 50,00).
- Deposit: euro 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay after a check of the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside the reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (charges to be paid by the customer).
- Tourist tax: to be paid on site in accordance with the provisions of the municipality of Baja Sardinia.

OPTIONAL COSTS TO BE PAID LOCALLY:

- Midweek rearrangement: 1-Bedroom Apartment euro 40,00, 2-Bedroom Apartment euro 50,00, 3-Bedroom Apartment euro 60,00 (excluding kitchenette).
- Beach Towel: euro 5,00 per change.
- Bed linen or towels: euro 20,00 for a matrimonial set of bed linen, euro 10,00 for a single set. Bathroom linen hire euro 10,00 for a set (1 shower towel, 1 face towel, 1 guest towel).
- Family Kit: euro 10,00 per day (cot, bath tub, bottle warmer, stroller, high chair).
- Stroller or Highchair: euro 2,00 per day.
- American coffee maker/Kettle: euro 2,00 per day/piece.
- Cradle: euro 5,00 per day.
