Position

Set on the Gulf of Arzachena, just a short distance from the sea and the centre of Cannigione, the Residence is the ideal starting point to visit the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Smeralda and the enchanting Archipelago of La Maddalena.

Hotel

Set within the Resort Cala di Falco, the Residence offers large green areas and gardens and a reserved pool. Guests can easily access the equipped beach, approx. 200 m from the apartments.

Apartments

Residence Cala di Falco consists of 40 flats on the ground or first floor around the swimming pool, in a reserved and quiet area separated from the hotel only by the road, 200 metres from the sea and the beach of Cannigione.

All accommodations have an independent entrance, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, safe, telephone connected to the reception, microwave oven, refrigerator, free WI-FI, use of the swimming pool with sunbeds and deckchairs, veranda furnished with table and chairs, and unattended parking space. Beach towels are provided.

A self-service launderette with tokens is also available in the residence area.

Two-room apartment

Consisting of a double bedroom, living room with two chair beds, bathroom with shower and kitchenette. They are suitable for two adults, with the possibility of a third and fourth person up to 14 years of age.

Two-room Special

Equipped with a separate entrance, they consist of a double bedroom, two bathrooms, living room with kitchenette and pull-out sofa bed that can accommodate a third and fourth person up to 14 years of age.

Three-room apartment 

Equipped with a separate entrance, they consist of a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two beds (that can be joined on request), a bathroom with shower, a living room with an armchair bed and a single sofa bed and a kitchenette. They can accommodate four adults, with the possibility of a fifth and sixth person up to 14 years of age.

Three-room Special apartment

Equipped with a separate entrance, they consist of a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two or three single beds, two bathrooms, a living room with kitchenette and a sofa bed that can accommodate a fifth and sixth person up to 14 years of age.

Four-room apartment:

Equipped with a separate entrance, it consists of a double bedroom, second and third bedrooms with two single beds (which can be joined on request), two bathrooms and a living room with kitchenette, a pouf bed and a single sofa bed capable of accommodating a seventh and eighth person up to 14 years of age.

Delivery of the flat by 5 p.m. and release by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Animals not allowed.

Restaurant

Residence guests can book in at all the Resort Cala di Falco restaurants. Restaurant La Poiana faces the main pool of the Resort and offers tasty Mediterranean dishes and also the unforgettable delicacies of Sardinian cuisine.

The stylish Restaurant Martin Pescatore, with a splendid view over the sea, is the venue of choice for a romantic evening (opening at Management’s discretion.

Services & Activities 

Included in the price of the apartment is the parking area (unattended), use of dedicated pool, tennis court, beach volley court, Wi-Fi.

Guests can rent beach umbrellas and sun loungers at the beach in front of the Resort. The shuttle-service to the beach Mannena is available with a supplement. 

Optional services and to pay are: pram and high chair hire; self-service laundry; bar and piano bar, restaurants and pizzeria (upon reservation and during the opening time of the hotel); excursion, boat rental, shuttle service to the Mannena beach.

Nearby diving, sailing school, horse riding.

Animals not allowed.

The municipal tourist tax will be charged to the guest.
