Location
Located in the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, the Garden Beach Hotel is located 12 km from Villasimius and 3 km from Costa Rei, in the scenic road that connects the two towns. The nearest airport is Cagliari, which is about 70 km from the Hotel. 

Hotel
The Garden Beach holiday complex is located near the beautiful beach of Cala Sinzias, characterized by fine white sand, occasionally interrupted by some rocks. The Resort is surrounded by nature, enhanced by tropical plants, lush vegetation and the beautiful sea, which lies beyond a grove of eucalyptus trees. The bottom is low and irregular; the water is clear and very clean, so as to have been reported by Goletta Verde.

Rooms
The Garden Beach Hotel offers its guests different room types that differ in terms of facilities and location. There are a total of 104 rooms, 10 of which are located on the first floor above the restaurant. They range in size from 15 to 18 m2, are furnished in typical Sardinian style in a sober manner and some have the option of adding a third and fourth bed (the fourth bed is always a bunk bed).

Classic - 15 to 18 m2 - double bed 
Cosy rooms with typical Sardinian furnishings. They are located on the second row from the sea, mountain side. Classic rooms have a window or French door.
The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Small patio with small table and two chairs. The restaurant for Classic room guests is ‘La Bahia’ with buffet service.
The fourth bed is always a bunk bed.
Services: Beach towels, 1 parasol and 2 sun loungers per room (from the third row)

Superior - 15 m2 - double bed
Cosy room with typical Sardinian furnishings. They are located by the pool. Superior rooms have a French window. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Small patio with small table and two chairs. The restaurant for Classic room guests is ‘La Bahia’ with buffet service.
Services: Beach towels, 1 beach umbrella and 2 sun loungers per room.

Prestige - 15 to 18 m2 - double bed 
Prestige rooms are located in the first row from the sea (but are without sea view), have a small patio with a table and two chairs. They have a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. They are furnished identically to the Classic rooms and have the same facilities, plus some of the services of the Prestige formula: evening tidying up, bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast and dinner will be served buffet-style at the ‘Bahia’ restaurant. By reservation by 12.00 noon, guests have dinner included at the ‘Sunset Lounge’ Restaurant (drinks not included) in front of the sea, with table service (from 07.05 to 08.10).
Services: Beach towels, 1 beach umbrella and 2 sun loungers per room, 1 fruit snack at the Beach Bar, 1 newspaper per day.
The fourth bed is always a bunk bed.

Junior Suite 25 sqm, 2 to 6 beds, with 2 separate rooms, the 3rd and 4th bed is a double sofa bed, the 5th and 6th bed is a pouf bed.
They can be on the ground floor with a garden or on the first floor, some have a sea view but no balcony. They have all the facilities of the classic rooms. 
Breakfast and dinner are served at the ‘La Bahia’ Restaurant with buffet service. Drinks are not included. By reservation only, before 12 noon, dinner included at the ‘Sunset Lounge’ restaurant, table service, drinks not included.
Services:Prestige Courtesy Line, Bathrobe, Slippers, Clothesline, Evening tidy-up, 2 fruit snacks at the Beach Bar, 1 newspaper of your choice, Beach towels and 1 beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds in the first row, Late check-out at 1 pm.

A surcharge of Euro 20.00 per day is required for the balcony door in Classic and Prestige rooms and must be confirmed during booking (subject to availability)

Rooms for disabled guests are available on request. Interconnecting rooms and smoking rooms are NOT available.

Beach
The beach is equipped with parasols and sunbeds and has toilets and showers.

The beach service with 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per room (the row depends on the type) + beach towels is included with the payment of the Club Card.
The first row is on payment (subject to availability) and can be booked at the reception upon arrival directly at the hotel. The cost is € 30,00 per day and includes 1 beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds. 
The second row is on payment (subject to availability) except for Prestige rooms.
The cost is € 20,00 per day and includes 1 beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds.

Service and assistance on the beach from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Garden beauty centre

For those wishing to relax and rejuvenate, the resort offers a wide range of facial and body treatments, designed to pamper the senses and enhance overall well-being. Guests can also choose from a variety of massages, performed using the most renowned techniques, for a purely relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

For those who want to keep fit while on holiday, the resort offers a modern, air-conditioned gym equipped with state-of-the-art machines by Technogym and Panatta Sport, guaranteeing a complete workout in a comfortable environment.

Padel tennis court (available at an extra charge), for exciting and entertaining challenges

Family 
For the children the hotel has a Baby Club from 4-11 years with various activities and Baby Dance in the evening and Young Club for older kids from 12-16 years with various sport activities and entertainments.

For children 0-1 years it is mandatory a supplement of € 25 per day.

A baby food service for children from 0-1 years with baby-specific products (homogenised, lyophilised, small pasta, biscuits, powdered milk, milk, yoghurt, semolina etc.).

Restaurant
The Restaurant La Bahia (main restaurant for Classic room guests and for Prestige room guests) offers a rich breakfast buffet, a choice of (light) buffet dishes for lunch (extra charge for guests in half board) and a Grand International Buffet for dinner. Open for breakfast from 07:30 to 10:00, for lunch from 12:30 to 14:00 and for dinner from 19:30 to 21:30. Beverages are to be paid extra. Table assigned.

The Restaurant Sunset Lounge is located in front of the sea, in a very romantic  scenario especially at night, where guests can enjoy delicious dinners by candlelight. The dinner is served at the table and the Chef offers every night a Table d'Hote Menu. The Sunset Lounge is open from 20:00 to 22:00. Guests of the Prestige rooms can dine without supplement, but table reservation is necessary. Guests of the Classic rooms need to pay a supplement and it is upon availability. Beverages are to be paid extra.  The Sunset Lounge restaurant is also open for lunch from 12.30 to 15.00.

During the day, guests can quench their thirst with a cold drink or an aperitif at the American Bar at the pool (open from 10:00 to 01:00) or at the Beach Bar (open from 9:00 to 19:00), which also offers a small restaurant service.

The opening and closing of restaurants and bars, in certain periods, is at management's discretion and subject to the weather conditions; moreover some of the restaurants may change the type of the service.

Services & Activities 
The beach of Cala Sinzias, protected by the headland, has many facilities and is wheelchair accessible. The Hotel Garden Beach has a large 2000 sq.m. swimming pool with a children dedicated area. 

Further more it has a fitness area, Garden Beauty Center for treatments and massages, Club Shop, tennis field, mini soccer and beach volleyball field, Padel tennis field (for a fee) and an amphitheater, able to host up to 400 people.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the structure except in the rooms.

The Club Card (from 07/06 to 05/09) is mandatory and has to be paid on-site: € 8,00 per adult, per day (from 14 y.o.); € 6,00 per child/day fom 4 years). The card includes: The Club Card includes: Beach service with 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per room (the row depends on the room typology) + beach towels; swimming pool, children's pool; Aerobics, gymnastics, sports tournaments; fitness area; tennis courts, soccer, beach volleyball; Miniclub and Young Club available until early September.

City tax – The municipality of Castiadas requires the payment of € 3,50 per person/overnight, to be paid on site. Children under 10 years and person with disabilities are exempted. The tax applies to the entire season.
