Club Hotel Marina Seada is located just 5 km from Budoni, about 20 km from the renown San Teodoro and 40 km from Olbia. It overlooks the beach of Marina Seada, with its fine white sand and crystal-clear water.

Club Hotel Marina Seada is located in Budoni, in the immediate proximity of the beach with the same name. The hotel is divided into around 80 terraced houses (in a flat area, surrounded by greenery) and a central building, in which the shared areas (sports fields, restaurant and the two swimming pools) are concentrated, and from which there is access to the beach.

The Club Hotel Marina Seada has 80 rooms distributed in terraced villas, surrounded by gardens and a cool pine forest. The accommodations are furnished in typical Sardinian style and can accommodate up to 5 persons; they are equipped with: a private outdoor area furnished with a table and chairs and a convenient clothes rack; bathroom with shower and hairdryer; LCD satellite TV; safe; telephone; air conditioning and mini bar with consumption charge.
Room categories are: Classic and Superior.

Restaurants & Bars

Club Hotel Marina Seada offers its guests an All Inclusive service with a buffet set up for the main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The restaurant has two rooms: an air-conditioned indoor one and an outdoor one consisting of a veranda surrounded by pine trees. The breakfast buffet starts at 7.30 a.m. and ends at 10.00 a.m.; for those who wish, either before or after these times, it is possible to have a light breakfast at the bar.
Lunch (12.30 p.m. - 2.00 p.m.) and dinner (7.30 p.m. - 9.00 p.m.) include a varied menu consisting of typical Sardinian and national Mediterranean dishes. Drinks on tap (water, soft drinks, house wine and beer) are always included with meals.
For the youngest guests, there is a baby feeding room (open 24 hours a day) with a kitchenette and dedicated room, where milk or other meals can be heated. Vegetable soups, long-life milk, plain pasta, fresh tomato sauce, yoghurt, jams, biscuits and fresh fruit are also available.
During the day, water, soft drinks, fruit juices, a variety of coffee, draft beer, mirto, limoncello, local grappa and prosecco are available at the pool bar. Snacks (fresh fruit and pizzas or focaccia) are always available by the pool at the following times: from 11.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 5.00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m., while aperitifs are served from 7.00 p.m. to 7.45 p.m.

Club Hotel Marina Seada offers an All Inclusive service; for the main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) the service is buffet style, while during the day draught drinks and snacks are available at the pool bar.
As far as other services are concerned, the following are available to guests: 24-hour reception, wi-fi, fitness, aquafit, volleyball, bowling, canoes, minigolf, tennis (reservation required), basketball (reservation required). There is also a bike and mountain bike hire service for a fee and from 14 years of age.
For younger children, there is a Mini Club (3-5 years) and Kids Club (6-11 years), and there is soft evening entertainment alternating with theatre shows.
