Location
Located in the beautiful South West Coast, approx. 50 km from Cagliari. The Chia Laguna - Hotel Village is part of the Chia Laguna Resort, part of the Italian Hospitality Collection. 

Within a short distance, the most beautiful and famous beaches in the area can be explored: Dune di Campana, Su Giudeu, Cala Cipolla, Monte Cogoni and Tuerredda.

The Resort belongs to the municipality of Domus de Maria and its village is approx. 6 km away.

The close touristic village Pula is 18 km far from Chia and the airport Cagliari-Elmas is at approx. 55 km.

Hotel
Especially suitable for families with children, the Chia Laguna - Hotel Village is a peaceful oasis surrounded by Mediterranean gardens where children can run happy and carefree.

It is part of the Chia Laguna Resort which includes 3 hotels, for a total of about 424 rooms and luxury Suites.

The Chia Laguna - Hotel Village is the most suitable for couples or families with children. The rooms in modern style surround the various services that the hotel offers such as swimming pools, restaurants, the kids club and the Conrad SPA wellness center.

In 2024, Chia Laguna - Hotel Village obtained the prestigious ESG certification from Biosphere®, recognizing its commitment to sustainability in key areas such as environment, climate change, social well-being, culture, and local development. Chia Laguna - Hotel Village is the first hotel in Sardinia and one of the few in Italy to receive this esteemed certification.
Biosphere® is an international organization dedicated to continuous improvement, aligned with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations and related sustainability targets.
The certification is awarded by the Responsible Tourism Institute (RTI), an independent body founded in 1997 to promote sustainable development.

Rooms
The 240 rooms of the Chia Laguna - Hotel Village are surrounded by lush vegetation and are able to meet the needs and different requirements of the guests. They are furnished in a Sardinian Mediterranean style with light colours and are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, minibar, internet access Wi-Fi, private bathroom with shower and in some with tub, hairdryer.

Most of the Classic Rooms are located on the upper floor of with view over the village. A small number of them are located on the ground floor.

The Garden Rooms are located on the ground floor and have a small shared garden just in front of the entrance, equipped with table and chairs. They are also suitable to accommodate a third bed or cot (children under 12 years are without supplement). 

The Superior Rooms are a bit more spacious and have large windows overlooking the private garden area, furnished with table and chairs. They are also suitable to accommodate a third bed or cot (children under 12 years are without supplement). 

Good suitable accommodation for families are the Classic Family rooms, Garden, Superior. They can host up to 5 people, 2 adults and 2 children (occupation required) plus 1 baby bed on request. They have either two separate bedrooms or an open loft with stairs. The Family Superior have two bathrooms and a private garden. 

Connecting rooms are a good alternative to the Family rooms. These rooms can accommodate 4 people (occupation required) in two separate rooms. Each room has its own bath. This solution fits especially for families with two adults and two children, offering enough space and comfort.

The new Pool Rooms and Family Pool typologies are arranged around the central pool, near the bar and the poolside restaurant, and offer a private garden. The colors, chosen to recall the nature of Chia, contrast with the white of the walls; the design has clean and essential lines; everything has been designed to harmoniously recall the beauty of the sea and the dunes.

Beach
The Chia Express (little shuttle train) is available to guests throughout the day (every 15 minutes in high season and every 30 minutes in low season), to reach comfortably the nearby beach "Campana". The fine white sand and picturesque dunes are about 700 meters from the complex.

Rates include the beach service (umbrella and sunbeds) from the third row (first and second row are available at an extra cost).

WELLNESS CENTRE
For those who want to relax and at the same time take care of their body and face, the hotel's Conrad Spa Wellness Centre is available with qualified staff and a wide range of treatments. Hotel Village guests can access the Bioacquam path at a cost of 45 euro per person (rates 2023).

Families
Chia Baby Welcome is a service offered to families and available only for children from 4 month up to 3 years of age (max. 35 months). The benefit is: less luggage to pack and carry! 

This service of the Chia Baby Welcome & buggy is free of charge! but important: it has to be necessary requested at the time of booking (available upon availability). It is not included automatically by a booking of a family, as some parents rather prefer to use their own buggy and equipment.   

Restaurant
The restaurant dedicated to the guests of the Chia Laguna - Hotel Village is the Domus and offers a rich breakfast and abundant dinners buffet-style with typical dishes of local and national cuisine. Inside the Chia Laguna - Hotel Village is also a restaurant corner dedicated to childer (Bimbi Corner), where special menus conceived for them are served in an environment designed especially for children, and a corner dedicated to teenagers. 

The Mezze Restaurant, opposite the resort's central swimming pool, completes the offer for lunch.

The guests can take advantage of the Culinary Journey Program that allows customers who chose the half-board treatment to dine in a different restaurant every day! Special children's menu are available in all restaurants.

Among the various services offered by the Chia Laguna - Hotel Village there are: the swimming pool, the children's pool at the kids club, nursery, kids club and babysitting, the wellness center offering various beauty treatments and massages, gym, padel, evening entertainment in the Piazza degli Ulivi, pharmacy, shops, restaurants and a pizzeria, padel, tennis lessons in the clubs of the resort, water sports, excursions, mountain bike rental, a choice of 11 restaurants (for a fee), free wi-fi in common areas. Discover other services for children: baby changing in public areas, entertainment, Nursery...

Many fun activities are organised for children such as the Football Academy with Zambrotta, the Juventus Football Academy, the Basketball Academy with NBA Champion Sly Gray, the Calisthenics Academy with Jury Chechi, the Padel Academy, the Fencing Academy with Elisa Di Francisca and the Hip Hop Academy and Break dance with Alice Bellagamba.

Check-in is available from 2 pm and check-out until 11 am.
