Carlo Cracco is a highly regarded Italian chef. He refined his culinary skills with the “inventor “of Italian modern cuisine, Gualtiero Marchesi.
From 2007, he has running the 2 Michelin stars Cracco Restaurant, in Milan. He usually creates new dishes starting from the Milanese tradition and it is quite difficult to explained his philosophy and his recipes. Cracco is an artist of food despite he defines himself “just a cook”.
We can only visit his Restaurant in Milan and judge by ourselves...It will be a great present for Christmas, isn’it?
